Aprobado proyecto de compras públicas sostenibles para el departamento de Cundinamarca
La Duma Departamental aprobó en tercer debate el proyecto de Ordenanza N° 145 de 2019, «por la cual se adopta la estrategia de compras públicas sostenibles en el departamento de Cundinamarca», que tuvo como como ponentes a los diputados Julio César Delgadillo Rodríguez y Édgar Cruz García.
La Ordenanza tiene el propósito que desde la Gobernación de Cundinamarca se ejecuten estrategias que reduzcan el impacto ambiental de los elementos comprados y usados en las entidades públicas del departamento, con lo que se busca reducir el impacto económico que representa la adquisición y uso de equipamiento y dotación de oficina, implementos de uso misceláneo y equipos de cómputo.
Para esta aprobación fueron citados Germán Enrique Gómez, secretario Jurídico; Efraín Eduardo Contreras, secretario del Ambiente y Roberto Mario Ochoa, director de Contratación de la Secretaría Jurídica.
