A más de 8.200 personas de los estratos 1, 2 y 3 en Bogotá y Cundinamarca les reconectaron el servicio de energía
Enel-Codensa reconectó a más de 8.200 clientes de los estratos 1, 2 y 3 en Bogotá y Cundinamarca el servicio de energía. Durante el periodo de aislamiento preventivo no se realizarán suspensiones del servicio anunció la compañia.
Enel-Codensa ha reconectado a más de 8.200 clientes residenciales de los estratos 1, 2 y 3 (6.970 en Bogotá y alrededor de 1.250 usuarios en diferentes municipios de Cundinamarca). Esta medida ha sido desarrollada en un tiempo inferior a cinco días, en el marco de la contingencia del COVID19 y en línea con las disposiciones anunciadas por el Gobierno Nacional, que les garantizará a los clientes más vulnerables contar con el servicio de energía eléctrica durante los próximos días.
Adicionalmente, durante el periodo de cuarentena que se extiende hasta el próximo 26 de abril, la Compañía no realizará suspensiones del servicio a los clientes residenciales, independientemente de la fecha de suspensión que se refleje en la factura de energía.
“Toda nuestra energía sigue enfocada en el cuidado de las personas y nuestros trabajadores, en estar cerca a nuestros contratistas para que conjuntamente podamos también continuar prestando a nuestros clientes el servicio de energía eléctrica, incluso en medio de la coyuntura actual que atravesamos por cuenta del COVID19. Nos sumamos a las medidas del gobierno nacional y seguiremos comprometidos trabajando día y noche para mantener la energía. Sin embargo, esta es una responsabilidad conjunta y, por tanto, hoy hacemos también un llamado a nuestros clientes para que además de realizar los pagos de manera oportuna, tengan un consumo responsable de la energía en sus hogares, pues de esta manera, garantizaremos juntos que el servicio de energía sea sostenible para todos”, aseguró Francesco Bertoli, Gerente General de Enel-Codensa.
Los consumos de energía seguirán registrándose y contabilizándose por parte de Enel-Codensa y, por tanto, los procesos de medición de consumo (lectura) y entrega de facturas se seguirán realizando, siempre tomando las medidas preventivas de forma responsable y segura.
CANALES DISPONIBLES PARA REALIZAR PAGOS Y TRÁMITES
Enel-Codensa ha dispuesto los canales virtuales para que los clientes puedan realizar pagos, reportar emergencias, autolectura del medidor, fallas del servicio, resolver inquietudes del servicio, o radicar trámites. Los Centros de servicio para atención presencial en Bogotá y Cundinamarca no están abiertos y la red de Cades y Supercades no está habilitada para realizar ningún tipo de transacción con la compañía.
Factura virtual.
Los clientes pueden tener la factura virtual vía correo electrónico que facilita las transacciones a través de canales digitales. Para acceder a este servicio, debe ingresar a www.enel.com.co en la sección factura virtual.
Aplicación Móvil
Está disponible para descargar en dispositivos Android y Apple. Permite a los clientes reportar fallas, revisar su factura mensual y realizar el pago de la factura desde el botón PSE, disponible en la sección ‘Cuenta’.
Fonoservicio
Para realizar el reporte de incidencias o emergencias, podrá comunicarse al Fonoservicio en Bogotá al 7115115, en Cundinamarca al 5115115 o en la línea de emergencias 115. Línea empresarial: 6016000.

Las redes sociales también son un canal de atención y se reciben reportes a través de Twitter en @CodensaServicio o de Facebook en @CodensaEnergía.
