TRANSPARENCIA PARA LA EMERGENCIA: La estrategia de las tres entidades de control

Fiscalía, Procuraduría y Contraloría revelarán al país semanalmente los casos de impacto nacional y regional que presenten indicios de corrupción y desgreño,para atender la emergencia generada por el Covid-19.

En sesión conjunta de trabajo realizada en la tarde de hoy entre la Fiscalía General de la Nación, la Contraloría General de la República y la Procuraduría General de la Nación, coordinada por los titulares de dichos órganos, se acordaron las líneas de trabajo ante las evidencias encontradas por los equipos técnicos en diferentes regiones del país, frente a las presuntas irregularidades en las actuaciones para atender la emergencia generada por el Covid-19.

Se acordó constituir una mesa técnica de carácter permanente que, como puesto de control unificado, revise quejas, hallazgos y denuncias ciudadanas sobre abusos en el manejo de los temas de la emergencia e identifique las acciones inmediatas que deban emprenderse.

Semanalmente se revelarán al país los casos de impacto nacional y regional que presenten indicios de corrupción y desgreño, para ejercer articuladamente las acciones fiscal, disciplinaria y penal, según sea el caso.

Se estableció también que los equipos de las tres entidades actuarán integrados en los territorios, facilitando una mayor eficiencia en las investigaciones, con el compromiso de reportar al país los hallazgos y las decisiones que se tomen por cada una de las entidades.

“No vamos a permitir que los corruptos jueguen con la necesidad de la gente en esta coyuntura”, señalaron los jefes de las entidades comprometidas en la estrategia Transparencia para la Emergencia. “Trabajo conjunto y resultados son la clave para frenarles el paso a los corruptos”.
