Alivios financieros para los clientes de Enel-Codensa en la coyuntura del covid-19

Con el fin de darle alivios financieros a sus clientes residenciales y comerciales en Bogotá y Cundinamarca, Enel-Codensa ha implementado varias medidas alineadas con las disposiciones del Gobierno Nacional durante la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID19.

“Desde Enel-Codensa, hemos enfocado nuestro esfuerzo para disponer soluciones y facilidades a nuestros clientes, no solo con el fin de aportar a la reducción de gastos familiares, sino también buscando aportar al bienestar de los ciudadanos a través del servicio de energía durante esta época de aislamiento. Las medidas que hemos puesto a disposición de los clientes en Bogotá y Cundinamarca, además de estar en línea con las disposiciones del Gobierno Nacional,  contemplan facilidades para realizar los pagos, reconexiones a clientes de estratos 1, 2 y 3 -que se encontraban en mora antes de la emergencia sanitaria- y descuentos por pronto pago” aseguró Carlos Mario Restrepo, Gerente de Market.

A continuación, se detallan una a una las medidas que se implementan y cómo se puede acceder a ellas:

1.    Pago diferido del Consumo de energía eléctrica

Los clientes residenciales en Bogotá y Cundinamarca de estratos 1, 2, 3 y 4, que tengan inconvenientes para realizar el pago del consumo de las facturas de abril o mayo, podrán acceder a la facilidad de diferido, siendo esta una de las medidas establecidas por el Gobierno Nacional:

·         A los clientes de estratos 1 y 2 se le diferirá el consumo a un plazo máximo de 36 meses.

·         A los clientes de estratos 3 y 4 se le diferirá el consumo a un plazo máximo de 24 meses.

·         El primer cobro de los valores diferidos se presentará en la factura de agosto de 2020. Cabe destacar que el no pago oportuno de alguna de las cuotas podrá ocasionar la suspensión del servicio.

Es importante recordar que aquellos clientes que cuenten con la posibilidad de realizar el pago oportuno y total de su factura, lo podrán hacer a través de los diferentes canales virtuales o en la página Web www.enel.com.co en el botón PSE. También para aquellos clientes que requieran plazos inferiores de pago, podrán acordarlo a través de los canales de atención dispuestos por la Compañía.

2.    Descuento por “pronto pago”

Los clientes de estratos 1 y 2 que realicen el pago oportuno antes o en la fecha indicada en la factura de los meses de abril y/o mayo, se les aplicará un descuento del 10% sobre el valor del consumo de energía, que se verá reflejado en la siguiente factura. Este descuento no aplica para conceptos diferentes al consumo de energía y se aplicará una única vez en estos meses.

3.    Aporte voluntario «Comparto mi energía»

Enel-Codensa se suma a la iniciativa “Comparto mi energía” del Gobierno Nacional para apoyar a las familias más vulnerables a través de aportes voluntarios de los estratos 4, 5 y 6, así como de los segmentos comerciales e industriales.

La Compañía habilitará a partir del próximo 29 de abril en la página Web www.enelxstore.com una sección llamada “Comparto mi energía” que contará con dos opciones para que los clientes que se quieran sumar puedan realizar el aporte bien sea  a través de un pago en línea (débito o crédito), o habilitando el cobro del aporte a través de la factura de energía.

4.    Reconexión del servicio para los segmentos más vulnerables de la población

Enel-Codensa ha reconectado a más de 8.200 clientes residenciales de los estratos 1, 2 en línea con lo dispuesto por el Gobierno Nacional, y también a los clientes del estrato  3 en Bogotá y Cundinamarca. Esta medida ha sido desarrollada en un tiempo inferior a cinco días, en el marco de la contingencia del COVID19 lo que permitirá a los clientes más vulnerables contar con el servicio de energía eléctrica durante los próximos días y acceder a un plan especial de financiación.

5.    Cobro de intereses por mora

Durante el periodo de emergencia sanitaria, Enel-Codensa no causará intereses por mora para los clientes residenciales que registren atraso en el pago de las facturas o que hayan accedido a una financiación. Sin embargo, si el cliente ya cuenta con una deuda existente previa a la emergencia, sí encontrará los intereses de mora reflejados.

Los clientes del segmento comercial e industrial que requieran acceder a facilidades de pago, lo deben hacer antes del vencimiento de la factura, lo cual evitará que se cobren intereses de mora.

6.    Planes de financiación – Colombia 2020

Los clientes residenciales o comerciales que tengan facturas anteriores a abril y mayo, o aquellos clientes de estratos 5 y 6 que no puedan pagar oportunamente la factura, podrán acceder a alternativas de financiación que comprenden desde convenios sin cuota inicial con plazos de 4 meses, hasta convenios con plazos de 48 meses con tasas de financiación reducidas.

Para acceder a este tipo de acuerdos de pago, los clientes deben comunicarse con la Compañía a través de los canales de atención que se detallan a continuación:

·         Correo electrónico: Para radicaciones puede escribir al correo radicacionescodensa@enel.com o al correo empresarial  servicioalcliente.empresarial@enel.com

·         Chat de servicio: ingresando a www.enel.com.co

·         Fonoservicio: los clientes podrán comunicarseen Bogotá al 7115115 o en Cundinamarca al 5115115

7.    Suspensión del servicio por Mora

Durante el periodo de aislamiento preventivo Enel-Codensa no realizará suspensiones del servicio a los clientes residenciales de estratos 1,2,3 y4 en Bogotá y Cundinamarca. Para los clientes de estratos 5 y 6, se ofrecerán acuerdos de pago, pero en caso de no materializarse, la compañía procederá a la suspensión.

Cabe destacar que los clientes que puedan realizar los pagos de manera oportuna, lo pueden realizar de manera virtual a través de la página Web www.enel.com.co o de la aplicación móvil Enel-Codensa en el botón de pago PSE. 

SOBRE EL COBRO DEL SERVICIO DE ENERGÍA

El valor de las facturas de energía que reciben los clientes cada mes, es producto de los consumos del cliente (kWh) durante el período de lectura y la aplicación de la tarifa de energía.

Desde que inició el período de aislamiento en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID19, se ha presentado un aumento del consumo de energía en los hogares. En el sector residencial, por ejemplo, se registran valores de consumo de energía más altos que en los meses anteriores. En las últimas facturas entregadas se identifican en algunos casos, incrementos en los consumos de alrededor del 25% más con respecto al mes anterior. 

Esto está relacionado con un aumento del consumo de energía en los hogares, teniendo en cuenta que se pasa mayor tiempo en casa con mayor número de personas que utilizan más electrodomésticos, además de la energía necesaria para cumplir con las labores del trabajo, el estudio y también los momentos de recreación.

Ahora, en lo que se refiere a la tarifa de energía, es importante aclarar que Enel-Codensa tiene actualmente una de las tarifas de energía más bajas del país. Estas tarifas reguladas publicadas en marzo de 2020, antes del inicio del período de aislamiento, corresponden a los costos del sistema del mes de febrero de 2020. En dicho mes se presentó el periodo de verano que vivió el país al inicio del año, reflejándose en el precio de la bolsa de energía.

Para el mes de abril de 2020, Enel Codensa aplicará una nueva tarifa que implica una reducción del 0,7%, aplicable al siguiente mes.

Por último, La Compañía resalta la importancia de tomar medidas que ayuden al consumo eficiente de la energía, lo que representa beneficios no sólo económicos sino también beneficios con el entorno, contribuyendo con la prestación del servicio de energía de forma sostenible para todos.
