Escuela Virtual Cundinamarca 2036: una herramienta clave para la creación de contenido educativo

La Escuela Virtual Cundinamarca 2036 es un sistema de enseñanza, de acceso libre y gratuito, diseñado para crear y gestionar espacios de aprendizaje online adaptados a las necesidades de profesores, estudiantes y administraciones municipales, que cumple todas las funciones de Learning Management System (Sistema de Gestión de Aprendizaje).

En este espacio se encuentran alojados cursos, diplomados y talleres de once Secretarias.  Para citar solo un ejemplo, en la carpeta de la Secretaría de las TIC existen opciones de formación en temáticas como objetos virtuales de aprendizaje, alfabetización digital, Gobierno en Línea, participación electrónica, entre muchos otros.

“Cualquier institución educativa de Cundinamarca puede hacer uso de la herramienta y adaptarla a sus necesidades sin hacer una inversión económica. Nuestro aporte se basa en brindar el apoyo técnico y suministrar la plataforma de procesamiento a la comunidad cundinamarquesa”, explicó el director de Sistemas de la Información de la Secretaria de las TIC, Jeisson Hernández.

¿Cómo hacerlo?

Los interesados deben ingresar al link: http://aulavirtual.cundinamarca.gov.co/aulavirtual32/moodle/, identificar el curso de su interés dentro de la oferta de las diferentes Secretarias. Posteriormente, solicitar a través de correo electrónico jeisson.hernandez@cundinamarca.gov.co (indicar la secretaria elegida)  la apertura del curso. Y coordinar con la persona a cargo  el día, la hora y la entrega del registro de asistentes.

Ahora, si lo que desea es crear contenido y alojarlo allí, debe realizar una solicitud formal a través del correo: jeisson.hernandez@cundinamarca.gov.co,  indicando cuál es la necesidad puntual; a través de este medio encontrará asesoría permanente y oportuna.  Luego deberá diligenciar un formulario con los objetivos del curso, temática a tratar, metodología de evaluación, fecha de apertura de los cursos, creación de usuario y proceso de matrícula.

“La plataforma está habilitada para beneficio de la comunidad estudiantil, a través de internet, no obstante, si las instituciones educativas de Cundinamarca, hacen parte del proyecto autopista digital no requerirán de este servicio”, explicó el ingeniero a cargo de la plataforma, José Ricardo Herrera.
