Acciones frente a la temporada de lluvias en Cundinamarca
Empresas Públicas de Cundinamarca atiende las emergencias que se han presentado por la ola invernal en el departamento.
Desde mediados del mes de febrero, el Departamento se ha visto afectado por el inicio de la temporada de lluvias, lo que ha suscitado la activación de los mecanismos de atención y respuesta frente a las emergencias que se presentan, como parte del sistema de Gestión del Riesgo.
En respuesta a los efectos que se han presentado en el sector de agua potable y saneamiento básico, se está apoyando a los municipios de Soacha, Bituima y Quipile, con carrotanques, debido a las afectaciones en los sistemas de acueducto.
Se han atendido de forma inmediata con equipos de succión presión, para hacer frente a las inundaciones en 15 municipios, que son San Juan de Rioseco, Girardot, Paratebueno, Cáqueza, Fusagasugá, Pasca, Villeta, Soacha, Tabio, Tena, Tibacuy, Vergara, Tocaima, El Rosal y Ricaurte; y se continua con la programación prevista en 11 municipios en los próximos 20 días.
Cabe también mencionar que se están adelantando obras de rehabilitación de infraestructura de acueducto en los municipios de Quebradanegra y Villeta; y en infraestructura de alcantarillado en Sasaima y San Antonio del Tequendama.
Así como también se están realizando las respectivas visitas de diagnostico para identificar las afectaciones y alternativas de intervención, de acuerdo con los reportes que se están generando por parte de los municipios y en los PMU.
“Estamos con el personal listo las 24 horas para atender las emergencias que se presenten en los municipios, tenemos contacto directo con las alcaldías para estar al tanto de los puntos que son mayor riesgo para el departamento” Afirma Juan Eduardo Quintero, Gerente de Empresas Publicas de Cundinamarca.
