Tenjo, el municipio que impulsa el sector agroindustrial y agropecuario de la Región

En el marco de la II Feria Agroindustrial y II Exposición equina grado A Tenjo demostró su gran potencial, como vitrina de productos, especies, artesanías, exhibidas y comercializadas en este encuentro de trabajadores, de campesinos, de artesanos, de empresarios, de comerciantes, de artistas, de expositores, donde el talante de su emprendimiento y sabiduría, respondieron a las expectativas de paisanos, visitantes y ciudadanos que asistieron con el fin de disfrutar, de negociar, de adquirir o simplemente de gozar del espectáculo y atracciones que en la feria se congregaron.

Tenjo,  fue anfitrión de la celebración de la Asociación de Criadores de caballos de paso y otros equinos, ACOPASOS, de sus 40 años de fundación, de trabajo solidario y comprometido con  la cultura de la crianza, el fomento, el adiestramiento y la exposición del caballo de paso colombiano. Esta exposición sirvió de preámbulo a la exposición  mundial que se inicia a partir del 15 de noviembre en hipódromo de los Andes.

La Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Ambiente,  en estos tres días desarrolló  la exposición Equina, y de ganado bovino y ovino-caprino  de la región con  muestras de las razas Holstein, Jersey, Normando, Simmental, Gyrolando, y como evento especial de formación se realizaron conferencias sobre buenas prácticas de manejo y de capitalización rural de Banco Agrario. Igualmente se realizó una muy buena exposición de los productores de especies menores de ganado ovino, caprino de leche y carne, de las razas Texel, Dorper, katahdin, Mora colombiana y mestiza,  donde el Municipio de Tenjo, hoy alberga un creciente número de importantes criaderos; vale destacar que estos eventos fueron avalados por las asociaciones de ganado Asosimmental y Asoovinos. De igual forma se realizó una jornada de sanidad animal  para mascotas, en conmemoración al día mundial de los animales, llevando a cabo la desparasitación interna, externa y vitaminizacion de caninos, felinos y premiación de mascotas disfrazadas.

Con orgullo, Tenjo presentó en el pabellón de proyectos productivos y emprendimiento la fuerza humana de trabajo, en los que vale la pena destacar la participación de los productores de hortaliza limpia, con Camino Verde, SILOE, SAFOR, ASOQUINUA, Golosinas artesanales, pasta de tomate Garavito. En la parte social educativa, la Escuela Taller de Terapias asistidas con caballos CABAYUDA, presentó el programa de Atención a las Dificultades de Aprendizaje que se lleva a cabo en convenio con la Secretaria de Educación y Cultura del municipio. En tanto la Oficina de Turismo, presentó la variada gama de alternativas, cadena de restaurantes, parques, sitios de interés, cultural y cultura rupestre y guía de obras a artistas de la pintura, escultura y de las letras.

 “En este marco de la Ferial agroindustrial, hago un justo reconocimiento y dejo constancia del trasegar, con identidad, apego, compromiso, voluntad de servicio y amor por su terruño. En estas familias tenjanas se encuentra, la frase oportuna que da moral cuando más se necesita, la mano tendida y el reconocimiento justo, así como la crítica descarnada que privilegia la condición demócrata. Toda esta laboriosidad en los procesos productivos tanto en la parte rural como en el campo dejan ver la pujanza y tenacidad de la pequeña y mediana empresa Tenjana.” Agregó el alcalde Municipal de Tenjo, Juan Gabriel Gómez Campos, en el desarrollo de la feria.

Las riendas de la Administración Municipal de Tenjo,  siempre estarán prestas a liderar prácticas que favorezcan los intereses y expectativas de los productores. Sus proyectos de producción limpia y agroecológica seguirán siendo apoyados por la administración en temas de comercialización, como se ha venido realizando a través de la participación  en las exposiciones más importantes tales como: AGROEXPO, EXPOCOLONIAS y EXPO-CUNDINAMARCA, espacio que nos ha permitido  ser reconocidos a nivel local, regional, nacional e internacional.
