Unidades de la Policía de Cundinamarca, llevaron a cabo la operación “Huracán 2” en Chocontá
En desarrollo del Plan de Choque “El Que la Hace la Paga” “Más Cerca del Ciudadano”, unidades de la Seccional de Investigación Criminal de la Policía de Cundinamarca en coordinación la Fiscalía General de la Nación, llevaron a cabo la operación “Huracán 2” la cual dejó como resultado la desarticulación del grupo de delincuencia común organizado “Los del Casino” con la captura de 17 personas.
Mediante un trabajo minucioso de inteligencia e investigación, se logró identificar la línea criminal de este grupo delincuencial y establecer cómo alias “Codensa” era quien lideraba esta estructura dedicada a la venta de estupefacientes en Chocontá, quienes se reunían frecuentemente alrededor de los casinos ubicados en el parque principal para planear y asignar los puntos de expendio en el municipio.
Asimismo, las investigaciones permitieron establecer cómo estos sujetos utilizaban menores de edad para no despertar sospecha y se transportaban en vehículos de servicio público para realizar la comercialización mediante la modalidad de entrega exprés, la cual era coordinada por vía telefónica o personalmente donde acordaban un lugar para hacer la contra entrega, una vez se encontraban en el sitio señalado realizaba intercambio de dinero por la dosis de sustancia estupefaciente, usando como forma de venta correos humanos o domicilios, mediante la utilización de entregas en sitios abiertos y concurridos en busca de evadir el control policivo.
Una vez recopilado el suficiente material probatorio y en coordinación con la Fiscalía General de la Nación, se realizaron 2 diligencias de allanamiento, en los cuales se dio con la captura de 17 personas por orden judicial a quienes se le halló en su poder 212 dosis de estupefacientes, 7 celulares, 01 vehículo y 02 motocicletas con las cuales transportaban las sustancias.
Los capturados a quienes se les dictó medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario fueron dejados a disposición de las autoridades competentes y deberán responder por los delitos de Tráfico, Fabricación y/o Porte de Estupefacientes y Concierto Para Delinquir.
En lo corrido del año el Departamento de Policía Cundinamarca, ha logrado dar con la captura de 2.691 personas por Tráfico de Estupefacientes; lo cual nos permite dar un parte de tranquilidad a la comunidad de Chocontá y Cundinamarca.
