Cundinamarca le apuesta a la reducción de inactividad física y comportamientos sedentarios

Con total éxito se  llevó a cabo la segunda mesa técnica, con el objetivo de formular la construcción del documento guía para la promoción de actividad física y reducción de los comportamientos sedentarios en Cundinamarca.

El evento se desarrolló en el Centro Empresarial y Recreativo el Cubo, contó con la participación del Doctor en Actividad Física, Nutrición y Bienestar Alberto Florez Pregonero, la Coordinadora del Programa Muévete Bogotá del IDRD, Dra, Rocio Gámez Martinez, el Coordinador del Programa Recreovia del IDRD, Oscar Rubiano y delegados de la Facultad de Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, la Secretaría de Salud del Departamento y el IDECUT.

Durante el evento, el Dr. Florez realizó una socialización de estrategias para la promoción de la actividad física en el departamento, los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de retroalimentar las actividades pensadas desde los ámbitos, laboral, comunitario, educativo, salud e individual.

Esta mesa técnica servirá de insumo para la construcción del plan de actividad física del departamento; el cuál será el documento guía en los próximos seis años.
