Iniciaron las obras de las Fases II y III de Transmilenio a Soacha

El gobernador de Cundinamarca, Jorge Emilio Rey Ángel, presidió el acto oficial de la firma del contrato para la construcción del proyecto Extensión Troncal NQS de Transmilenio a Soacha, fases II y III con el Consorcio Vial de Soacha y Conconcreto, ganadores del proceso licitatorio.

Cada contratista estará a cargo de uno de los dos lotes que componen la licitación para la construcción y operación de este proyecto, que mejorará ostensiblemente la movilidad del sur de la ciudad Capital y de Soacha.

“Con el inicio de la demolición de uno de los predios adquiridos para este proyecto, quiero decir que me siento muy orgulloso, porque después de 47 meses de trabajo entregamos esta noticia al país, pues las Fases II y III de Transmilenio a Soacha solucionarán, de manera estructural, las circunstancias de transporte y movilidad en este querido municipio, con una inversión cercana a $1 billón. Se trata de la primera y única troncal de Transmilenio adjudicada en los últimos 4 años”, aseguró el gobernador.

Al Consorcio Vial de Soacha, conformado por Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes con el 65% de participación y Coherpa Ingenieros Constructores S.A.S. con el 35%, le fue adjudicado el Lote 1 (trayecto de la calle 24 a la calle 15 sur) por valor de $235.599 millones y a la Constructora Conconcreto S.A. el lote 2 (trayecto de la calle 15 sur a la futura interconexión de la Av. Circunvalar del Sur y del Patio Portal) por valor de $133.457 millones, para un gran total de $370.000 millones.

«Este es el proyecto con los mayores índices costo-beneficio del país: en 4.5 kms le cambiamos la vida a casi un millón de personas, con un impacto social muy importante que representa la verdadera transformación del servicio público de los soachunos», señaló Juan Camilo Ostos, viceministro de Transporte.

Ambos lotes tendrán una etapa de pre-construcción de un año; para el lote 1 la etapa de construcción será de 30 meses y para el lote 2, 24 meses. Finalizando el 2023 se espera finalizar la obra e iniciar la operación del servicio en el primer trimestre del 2024.

“Acabamos de firmar estos dos contratos y a partir de hoy esperamos el concurso de estas firmas para materializar la suscripción de las pólizas correspondientes y que ojalá antes de finalizar el mes de enero podamos firmar el acta de inicio y empezar todo el proceso de pre-construcción que durará un año, para luego adentrarnos a la etapa constructiva, que para el lote 1 será de 30 meses y para el lote 2 de 24 meses”, dijo el Gobernador Jorge Rey.

El Viceministro Ostos agradeció a la Gobernación y al municipio por sacar adelante este proyecto, que transformará la vida de los soachunos. «En nombre del Gobierno Nacional, gracias a usted gobernador y a usted señor alcalde de Soacha. Ustedes adelantaron un trabajo excepcional para lograr este proyecto esperanzador, que define lo que todos los colombianos buscamos: equidad», aseguró.

Detalles del proyecto

El proyecto, cuyo valor se estima en un billón de pesos, está cofinanciado con recursos provenientes de vigencias futuras a 10 años de la Nación (68%), de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca (19%) y del municipio de Soacha (13%). El contrato incluye la gestión ambiental, social y predial, así como las obras para redes y adecuación para los desvíos sobre la Autopistas Sur.

La fase II de Transmilenio a Soacha iniciará en la calle 22 y finalizará en el punto conocido como “3M” o El Altico a la altura de la Calle 5. La fase III iniciará en la calle 5 y finalizará en la urbanización Maiporé en el sitio denominado “El Vínculo”, donde se localizará el patio portal más grande del sistema Transmilenio, con capacidad para 135 buses biarticulados y 157 articulados.

El sistema contará con una longitud de 4,5 kilómetros, cuatro estaciones sencillas, una estación intermedia con seis plataformas troncales y nueve de alimentación; nueve pasos peatonales, tres carriles por sentido en calzadas mixtas y tres intersecciones a desnivel.
